Free shipping is available to all orders within South Africa. We use DHL Express and FedEx for all of our international shipping, and The Courier Guy for all local orders. All stock items will be shipped the day after the order is placed (except public holidays and weekends). All made to order items usually take between 3- 4 days but can take up to 12 working days during busy periods. All our jewellery is shipped from Ballito, KZN, South Africa. Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.
We aim to ship all stock items within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on Bank Holidays and weekends will be shipped the next working day. Made to order items can take up to 14 working days during busy periods.
We have a 7-day money back guarantee on all orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and / or refund. Return shipping costs are for your account.
Yes! All our jewellery can be engraved. Please get in touch to discuss your engraving needs at info@rithm.co.za and include the item you would like engraved as well as the engraving specifics.
