We use DHL Express for all of our EXPRESS shipping, which averages 3 - 9 working days.
Free shipping is available to all orders within South Africa.
Please note during busy periods it can take us 24-72 hours to prepare your order.
With DHL shipments, this can be done at any time via the DHL website using your tracking number. If you are making a drastic change, such as country or state, this must be done before we ship the product out.
When we ship off your order we send you tracking numbers to use on either The Courier Guy (for South Africa) or DHL Express (for international orders).
Duties & Taxes depend on your country, we do not cover any of your local duties or taxes.
*Please ensure check and understand your local duties and taxes before placing your order, we will not pay for your local taxes or duties.
You will forfeit your order if you choose not to pay your taxes / duties.
If you choose to not accept the duties or taxes, and have the package returned to us, you will be liable for all direct costs we incur, including shipping, local vat and duties.
Your ring size actually fluctuates throughout the day, so we suggest you buy a ring sizer instead of going to a jeweller. That way, you can measure your finger over the course of a whole day and figure out which size is the most comfortable.
We do accept product returns.
The returned product must be in the original condition as sent. The returned product must come with original packaging. You are responsible for getting the product back to us. Once we get the gear back, we will refund you in full less any shipping costs / duties we have had to pay.
All of our wood and antler rings are Water Resistant; they are not waterproof. They are sealed by a special type of resin and will be fine while doing the washing up or having a quick shower. They will not, however, withstand being submerged in a lake or the sea for very long. They will not fall apart after being submerged, but they will begin to deteriorate rather quickly.
At this current time, we do not offer an engraving service at Rithm. Our metal rings can be engraved, though, so if you want engraving done, we suggest you take your ring to a local jeweller who offers that service for a small fee. Plated rings should not be engraved.
Unfortunately, because we ship our products out so quickly, it is hard for us to stop an order. As soon as you receive the wrong product, make sure you get in touch as soon as possible. Please check our "Refund Policy" for further information.
